How to ROOT + CWM setup for Sky A840S [Detailed Guide]

PART I: PREPARATION

SECTION II: INSTALLATION

Unzip the downloaded file on your computer.

1. Install DRIVER

In ROOT directory A840S_DRIVER + + CWM -> DRIVER -> Settings Driver_A840_Sky.exe (Just next Next offline)

2. ROOT MACHINE

Step 1: On your phone, go to MENU -> SETTING -> SETTING -> DEVERLOPER OPTIONS -> tick USB debuging. Then plug the USB plug to connect to the phone.

Step 2: Go to the directory ROOT -> run RootA840.bat file -> press Enter and follow the instructions therein. Phone will reboot 2 times. ROOT When finished, the phone menu will have Superuser app.

3. ClockworkMod 6013

Step 1: Turn off the phone, after the phone has shut down in FASTBOOT (Keep keystrokes Volume (+) key and the Volume (-) and key resources , key in the user table Menu Volume (-) moves down the line FASTBOOT and use the power key to select OK.)

Step 2: Connect the USB cable to connect your phone to the computer, then the folder A840S_DRIVER + ROOT + CWM -> CWM -> run file Caidat.bat -> press Enter.

Step 3: Hold the phone into ClockworkMod. Time 1-3 minutes.

* Note: For the current CWM, the phone will reboot itself lost. So each time you want to backup the rom or install rom cook need to reinstall CWM.
