1. Charge ur phone 100%
2. open menue and go to sky station now tap on s/w upgrade
3. It depends on your wifi network connection how long it will take
4. It will show you to upgrade to 2.11 actually it is android 4.0.4 381mb
Note Phone should be charged 75-100%.
